Sadbhav Engineering Ltd has allotted non-convertible debentures (NCD) worth Rs. 7,13,25,00,000 to their existing lenders in two tranches. The first tranche comprises of 36,376 NCD-I Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each, and the second tranche comprises of 34,949 NCD-II Debentures of face value of Rs. 1,00,000 each. The debentures are being issued at par on a private placement basis and are to be held in dematerialized form.
