The EOW has conducted a preliminary inquiry and concluded that the matter appears to be of a civil nature, suggesting the company seek redressal from the concerned department. The complaint involved an alleged fraud of over ₹128 crores plus interest and damages. The company is currently obtaining legal opinion to decide its next course of action. The disclosure was delayed due to the need for translation of the EOW's letter from Marathi to English.
