Refex Renewables Withdraws CIRP Application Against Sherisha Solar

Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Ltd has announced the withdrawal of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) application filed against its subsidiary, Sherisha Solar LLP. This action follows a settlement reached between the parties, as formalized by a Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) dated August 7, 2026, and definitive agreements executed on August 14, 2026. The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Chennai Bench, has taken on record the settlement and disposed of the related proceedings. This marks the closure of all disputes and litigations between Refex Renewables, Sherisha Solar LLP, and SILRES Energy Solutions Private Limited.
