Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Disposes 30.94% Stake in Refex Renewables

Avyan Pashupathy Capital Advisors Private Limited, a promoter of Refex Renewables & Infrastructure Limited, has disposed of its entire 13,91,869 shares, representing 30.94% of the total shareholding. The shares were transferred via an inter-se transfer to Refex Holding Private Limited, also a promoter of the target company. This transaction does not alter the promoter group's overall control but represents a significant internal restructuring of shareholding within the promoter entities. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 44,97,935 shares.
