5paisa Capital CTO Ameya Agnihotri Resigns

5paisa Capital Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Ameya Agnihotri from his positions as Whole-Time Director and Chief Technology Officer. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on September 30, 2026. Mr. Agnihotri cited his decision to pursue career opportunities outside the organization as the reason for his departure. He will also cease to be a member or chairman of all company committees. The company has provided details as required by SEBI Listing Regulations in Annexure A, and a copy of his resignation letter is enclosed as Annexure B.
