7NR Retail Appoints New CFO and Company Secretary

7NR Retail Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Jinjala Bharatbhai Babubhai as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Mr. Parin Bhavsar as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, both effective September 1, 2026. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. M A R K S & co. as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. Mr. Jinjala Bharatbhai Babubhai brings over 19 years of experience in the jewellery industry, holding M.com and B.com degrees. Mr. Parin Bhavsar is a qualified Company Secretary. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval where applicable.
