AAA Technologies to Incorporate 4 Wholly Owned Subsidiaries

AAA Technologies Limited announced that its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of four wholly owned subsidiaries. These include entities in Singapore (AAA Technologies Singapore Pte. Ltd.) and Mauritius (AAA Technologies Mauritius Limited), each with proposed share capital up to SGD 500,000 and USD 500,000 respectively, to engage in IT audit, cybersecurity, and consulting services. Additionally, a subsidiary in Dubai (AAA Technologies MENA FZCO) with proposed share capital up to AED 1,000,000 will focus on similar IT services. A fourth subsidiary, AAA Semiconductor Private Limited, will be incorporated in India with proposed share capital up to INR 20,00,000 to focus on semiconductor design and R&D. The board also approved making additional investments in these subsidiaries as needed.
