Adani Ports Incorporates Step-Down Subsidiary Continental Energy Terminals B.V.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Ltd (APSEZ) has announced the incorporation of its step-down subsidiary, Continental Energy Terminals B.V., in the Netherlands on November 5, 2026. This entity was established by Adani International Ports Holdings Pte Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of APSEZ. The incorporation is in relation to the proposed acquisition of Evos B.V. Continental Energy Terminals B.V. has been incorporated with one share of 100 Euro, with Adani International Ports Holdings Pte Ltd. holding 100% of its shares. The industry of the new entity is ports and logistics.
