Venugopal Dhoot Disposes Entire Stake in AAA Technologies

Venugopal Madanlal Dhoot, Promoter and Managing Director of AAA Technologies Limited, has disposed of his entire holding of fully paid-up equity shares. The disposal, which occurred on August 4, 2026, resulted in his shareholding becoming nil. This transaction was an off-market transfer pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated December 29, 2025, executed through the demat/depository mechanism. The disclosure is made under Regulation 7(2) read with Regulation 6(2) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
