Venugopal Dhoot Sells 8.60% Stake in AAA Technologies

Mr. Venugopal Madanlal Dhoot, a promoter of AAA Technologies Limited, has disclosed the sale of 11,02,500 equity shares, representing 8.60% of the total share capital. The disposal occurred on August 04, 2026, via an off-market transfer pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated December 29, 2025. This transaction follows the completion of an Open Offer and fulfillment of closing conditions. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at ₹12,82,68,000, comprising 1,28,26,800 equity shares of face value ₹10 each, both before and after the disposal.
