Mrs. Shobha Venugopal Dhoot, part of the Promoter Group, has divested 11,02,500 equity shares of AAA Technologies Limited, representing approximately 8.60% of the total share capital. The transaction, an off-market transfer, occurred on August 04, 2026. This disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations. The sale follows a Purchase Agreement dated December 29, 2025, and the completion of an Open Offer. The total equity share capital of the company post-disposal is ₹12,82,68,000.
