The appointment was approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 30, 2026. M/s. B. R. Gharpure & Associates is a peer-reviewed integrated secretarial firm. Mr. Bhushan Gharpure has extensive knowledge and experience of more than 15 years dealing in Company Law, Securities Law and Due Diligence.
