Aadi Industries Ltd Approves Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results for 2025

Aadi Industries Ltd held a Board meeting on 12th February, 2026, where they considered and approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025. The meeting was conducted in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
