Aartech Solonics Board Meeting on Sep 5 to Consider Final Dividend

Aartech Solonics Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for September 5, 2026. The meeting will primarily focus on considering and recommending a final dividend for the financial year 2025-26. Additionally, the board will discuss the re-appointment of Mr. Anil Anant Raje, revisions in remuneration for Mr. Anil Raje (Chairman & Managing Director) and Mrs. Arati Nath (CEO & Director), and fix the date, time, and related documentation for the 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or other Audio-visual means (OAVM). The board will also consider the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books for the AGM and dividend purposes, and appoint a Scrutinizer for the e-voting process at the AGM.
