Aayush Wellness Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27

Aayush Wellness Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company's code of conduct for preventing insider trading. The window will be shut for promoters, directors, key management personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026. It will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The date of the board meeting to approve these results will be communicated separately.
