Aayush Wellness Sets Sep 22 Cut-off for AGM E-voting

Aayush Wellness Ltd has announced the cut-off date for e-voting for its 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be Tuesday, September 22, 2026. The AGM is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM IST, to be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The remote e-voting period will commence on Saturday, September 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM IST and conclude on Monday, September 28, 2026, at 5:00 PM IST. Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) has been appointed to facilitate the remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM.
