ACI Infocom Allots 8.28 Cr Warrants on Preferential Basis

ACI Infocom Limited announced the allotment of 8,28,00,000 Fully Convertible Warrants on a preferential basis. The company has received 25% of the issue price, amounting to ₹3,16,71,000/-, for these warrants. The remaining 75% of the issue price, totaling ₹9,50,13,000/-, is payable by the warrant holders within 18 months upon conversion into equity shares. The issue price per warrant is ₹1.53.
