ACME Solar Appoints BSR & Co. LLP as Joint Statutory Auditors

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd announced the appointment of M/s BSR & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as joint Statutory Auditors. This appointment is for a term of 5 years, commencing from the conclusion of the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26 until the conclusion of the 16th AGM for FY 2030-31. BSR & Co. LLP will replace M/s Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP, the retiring auditors. The Board of Directors also approved the alteration of the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and recommended the re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil Dhingra as a Director. The 11th AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
