Darshan Orna Appoints P H Shah and Co as Statutory Auditor

Darshan Orna Ltd has announced the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co. as its Statutory Auditor. The appointment, approved by the Board of Directors on September 01, 2026, is for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31.
