Darshan Orna Appoints New Statutory & Secretarial Auditors

Darshan Orna Ltd's Board of Directors has approved the appointment of M/s P H Shah and Co as the new Statutory Auditor and M/s SS Lunkad and Associates as the new Secretarial Auditor. Both appointments are for a consecutive period of five financial years, from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM. The board also took note of the resignations of the previous auditors, M/s. Shah Karia & Associates and M/s. Neelam Somani & Associates, due to personal reasons. The 15th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 25, 2026, and the company approved its Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
