ACME Solar Subsidiary Executes 300 MW PPA with SECI

ACME Solar Holdings Ltd announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Twenty Private Limited, has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI Limited). The agreement is for an assured Peak Power project with a contract capacity of 300 MW under FDRE Tranche IX. The project has a tariff of Rs. 6.00 per unit and is scheduled for commencement of supply on April 6, 2028, with a project tenure of 25 years from that date. This PPA represents a significant step in expanding the company's renewable energy portfolio.
