Adani Energy Solutions Appoints New Chief People Officer

Adani Energy Solutions Ltd has announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Samir Prakash has ceased to be the Chief People Officer due to organizational restructuring, with effect from the closure of business hours on July 01, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Pramath Nath has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer, effective July 01, 2026. Mr. Nath brings nearly three decades of HR leadership experience across various industries and joined the Adani Group in October 2022, currently serving as Chief People Officer of Adani Green Energy Limited. His expertise includes organizational transformation, leadership development, and change management.
