Adani Ports MD, Former CFO Settle SEBI Proceedings

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone Limited announced that SEBI has passed a Settlement Order concerning settlement applications filed by Mr. B. Ravi (former CFO) and Mr. Karan Adani (MD). The applications were filed under SEBI (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018, for alleged violations of Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements. Both individuals paid a settlement amount of INR 13,65,000 each. The company stated there is nil financial impact on Adani Ports arising from this settlement.
