
NCLT Admits JLA Infraville Shoppers to CIRP
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Bengaluru Bench, has admitted JLA Infraville Shoppers Limited ('Corporate Debtor') into Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) as per an order dated April 16, 2026. Mr. Dinesh Chander Gupta has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP). A moratorium under Section 14 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, is effective from April 16, 2026. The management of the Corporate Debtor now vests with the IRP, and the powers of the Board of Directors are suspended. The IRP is in the process of constituting the Committee of Creditors. The petition was filed by Sital Leasing and Finance Limited due to a default in repayment of a financial debt amounting to ₹2,43,53,158, with the default date being October 11, 2025.
