Adishakti Loha and Ispat: Promoters Sell 5.42% Stake

Pawan Kumar Mittal and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have disclosed the sale of an aggregate of 6,80,000 equity shares, representing 5.42% of the total equity, in Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited. The sales were conducted through open market transactions on June 18, 2026. Pawan Kumar Mittal sold 540,000 shares, Kiran Mittal sold 40,000 shares, and Rukmani Devi Mittal sold 100,000 shares. Following these transactions, the aggregate shareholding of the sellers and PACs has reduced. The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
