Adishakti Loha promoters sell 3.2 Lakh shares

Pawan Kumar Mittal and Kiran Mittal, identified as Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) and promoters of Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited, have disclosed the sale of an aggregate of 3,20,000 equity shares. The sales occurred through open market transactions on June 19, 2026, and June 22, 2026. Pawan Kumar Mittal sold 20,000 shares on June 19 and 200,000 shares on June 22. Kiran Mittal sold 100,000 shares on June 19. This transaction represents a 2.54% reduction in their combined shareholding, bringing their total post-sale holding to 18.14%. The company's total equity share capital remains unchanged at 12,558,000 shares.
