Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited has filed a revised disclosure regarding the sale of 4,10,000 equity shares by Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), Kiran Mittal and Rukmani Mittal. The sale occurred through open market transactions on June 15 and June 16, 2026. This revision was made to correct a typographical error in a previous disclosure dated June 19, 2026. The total sale represents 3.26% of the company's total share capital. Following the sale, the aggregate shareholding of the PACs has reduced to 29.93%.
