Adishakti Loha promoters sell 4.1 lakh shares

Kiran Mittal and Rukmani Devi Mittal, identified as Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) and part of the promoter group, have collectively sold 4,10,000 equity shares of Adishakti Loha and Ispat Limited through open market transactions on June 15 and 16, 2026. This sale represents a 2.46% stake in the company. Following the sale, their combined shareholding has reduced from 33.23% to 29.96%. The transactions were conducted via the open market.
