Aditya Consumer Marketing Appoints S Kumar Mishra & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Aditya Consumer Marketing Ltd announced the appointment of M/s S Kumar Mishra & Company as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term starting from the conclusion of the 24th AGM in FY2026-27 until the 29th AGM in FY2030-31. This appointment follows the completion of the tenure of the existing auditors, M/s Nirmal & Associates. The Board also approved the Board's Report for FY2026, the notice for the 24th AGM on September 2, 2026, set August 26, 2026, as the cut-off date for e-voting, and appointed M/S Deepak Dhir & Associates as scrutinizer. Additionally, M/S D. K. Verma & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY2026-27.
