Aditya Infotech Closes QIP, Allots Shares at ₹3,467

Aditya Infotech Limited has announced the closure of its Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) issue. The QIP committee approved the allocation of 4,326,507 equity shares at an issue price of ₹3,467 per share. This price represents a discount of 4.97% to the floor price of ₹3,648.43. The funds raised will be utilized as per the terms of the issue, adhering to SEBI ICDR Regulations. The company has also filed the Placement Document and finalized the Confirmation of Allocation Note (CAN) for the eligible qualified institutional buyers.
