Aditya Infotech Ltd has announced the incorporation of its 50:50 joint venture company, Corelink Cable Technology Private Limited, with Orient Cables (India) Limited. This JV, established on June 10, 2026, in India, will focus on manufacturing electric cables, including LAN and CCTV cables, terminated assemblies, and allied products. The initial paid-up share capital is ₹2 crore, with both Aditya Infotech and Orient Cables contributing ₹1 crore each, holding 50% stake respectively. This move aligns with the company's earlier disclosures regarding the JV agreement executed on February 12, 2026, and April 16, 2026.
