Aditya Infotech Wins ITAT Appeal, ₹40.38 Cr Tax Addition Deleted

Aditya Infotech Ltd has received a favorable order from the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi, concerning income tax proceedings for Assessment Year 2019-20. The ITAT has deleted the entire additions of ₹40.38 crore made during the assessment proceedings. This includes the balance addition of ₹3.60 crore that remained outstanding after an earlier appeal, as well as additional grounds raised by the Assessing Officer. The company will now file an application with the Income Tax Department to give effect to this order. The financial impact will be determined once the order is implemented.
