Advance Metering Appoints Natasha Ranade as Executive Director

Advance Metering Technology Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 27, 2026, approved the appointment of Mrs. Natasha Tara Ranade as an Additional Director in the category of Executive Director for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved material related party transactions, granting of loans/guarantees under Section 185, and investments/loans/guarantees exceeding limits under Section 186, all subject to shareholder approval via postal ballot. Additionally, the Stakeholders Relationship Committee was reconstituted, with Mrs. Natasha Tara Ranade joining as a member.
