Advent Hotels International Ltd has acquired the remaining 25% equity shareholding in BD&P Hotels (India) Private Limited, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. The acquisition was completed on October 16, 2026, as per the Share Purchase Agreement dated October 13, 2026. The consideration has been paid or is payable according to the agreed timelines. This move consolidates full ownership of BD&P Hotels under Advent Hotels.
