Affle 3I: Promoter Remits USD 33.99M for Warrant Exercise

Affle 3I Ltd announced the receipt of USD 33.99 million from its promoter, Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd., for the exercise of warrants. This remittance is in addition to previous amounts, bringing the total remittance from the promoter towards warrants to approximately USD 64.49 million (INR 6,115.04 million). The company had previously informed about the allotment of 74,00,000 convertible warrants to Affle Holdings Pte. Ltd. The equity shares will be allotted in accordance with applicable laws. This transaction signifies a significant capital infusion by the promoter.
