Airfloa Rail to evaluate acquisition of KIN Railway business for ₹48 Cr

Airfloa Rail Technology Ltd has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Kin Railway Equipment Private Limited (KIN) to evaluate the acquisition of KIN's business in Coimbatore. The acquisition could be structured as a slump sale or asset purchase, with a total consideration of INR 48 Crores (exclusive of taxes). This potential acquisition is subject to satisfactory due diligence, valuation, regulatory approvals, and the execution of definitive agreements. The move aims to expand Airfloa Rail's operations and capabilities within the railway and transportation equipment sector. The transaction is currently in the evaluation stage.
