Ajanta Soya Appoints Anil Kumar Rana as New CFO

Ajanta Soya Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Anil Kumar Rana as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective July 1, 2026. This follows the superannuation of the previous CFO, Mr. Jai Gopal Sharma, on June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the appointment based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The company also re-appointed Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal as Managing Director and Mr. Abhey Goyal as Whole-time Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Saju Mathew was designated as Senior Management Personnel.
