Ajanta Soya: Re-appoints MD, CFO Superannuates, New CFO Appointed

Ajanta Soya Ltd announced key management changes following its Board of Directors meeting on June 30, 2026. Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal was re-appointed as Managing Director for three years from July 26, 2026. Mr. Abhey Goyal was re-appointed as Whole-time Director for three years from July 1, 2026. The company also noted the superannuation of its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jai Gopal Sharma, effective June 30, 2026. Mr. Anil Kumar Rana has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel from July 1, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Saju Mathew was designated as Senior Management Personnel.
