Ajanta Soya Reappoints Abhey Goyal as Whole-time Director

Ajanta Soya Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 30, 2026, approved the reappointment of Mr. Abhey Goyal as Whole-time Director for a period of three years, commencing July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2029. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the reappointment of Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal as Managing Director for three years from July 26, 2026. Additionally, the company noted the superannuation of its CFO, Mr. Jai Gopal Sharma, and appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Rana as the new CFO, effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Saju Mathew was designated as Senior Management Personnel.
