Ajanta Soya Reappoints Sushil Kumar Goyal as MD for 3 Years

Ajanta Soya Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Sushil Kumar Goyal as Managing Director for a further period of three years, commencing from July 26, 2026, to July 25, 2029. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhey Goyal as Whole-time Director for a similar three-year term. Additionally, the company noted the superannuation of its CFO, Mr. Jai Gopal Sharma, and appointed Mr. Anil Kumar Rana as the new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Saju Mathew was designated as Senior Management Personnel.
