Akums Drugs: V Jagannathan Appointed, Arvind Srivastava Ceases Role

Akums Drugs and Pharmaceuticals Ltd announced changes in senior management personnel, effective May 14, 2026. Mr. V Jagannathan, President – HR, has been appointed as Senior Management Personnel. Simultaneously, Mr. Arvind Srivastava, also President – HR, has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. This decision was based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
