Dynavision Subsidiary Sees Director Resignation and Appointment

Dynavision Green Solutions Limited, a material subsidiary of Dynavision Limited, has accepted the resignation of Non-Executive Director Mr. A. Sudheer Reddy, effective June 30, 2026, due to personal reasons. Concurrently, the subsidiary's board has appointed Mr. Suleelal.V as an Additional Director in the capacity of Non-Executive Director, effective immediately. Mr. Suleelal.V brings 25 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with 19 years in the Energy Domain, and also serves as the Managing Director of the holding company, Dynavision Limited.
