Alkali Metals Appoints Sivarama Prasad Bhamidi as Independent Director

Alkali Metals Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Sivarama Prasad Bhamidi as an Independent Director to its Board of Directors. The appointment is effective from July 20, 2026, for a term of five years. This appointment has been approved by the Board and is recommended for the approval of the company's members at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Mr. Bhamidi brings 37 years of industrial experience, including significant roles in production management, marketing, business development, and finance, notably as a former Executive Director at Bharat Dynamics Limited. He is also an Insolvency Professional with experience under the IBC, 2016.
