ICICI Prudential AMC: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Sidharatha Mishra as a Non-Executive Director, effective October 5, 2026. The resignation was accepted by the Board of Directors via a circular resolution. Concurrently, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Anindya Banerjee as a Non-Executive (Additional) Director, effective October 6, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Banerjee is a chartered accountant with extensive experience within the ICICI Group, including corporate banking, strategy, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions. The company has affirmed that Mr. Banerjee is not debarred from holding a director position by any regulatory authority.
