ICICI Prudential AMC Appoints Anindya Banerjee as Additional Director

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd has appointed Mr. Anindya Banerjee as an Additional Director in the Non-Executive category, effective October 6, 2026. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Banerjee, a chartered accountant, has been with the ICICI Group since 1998 and has extensive experience in corporate banking, strategy, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, and capital issuances. The company also noted the resignation of Mr. Sidharatha Mishra as a Non-Executive Director, effective October 5, 2026, due to his appointment at ICICI Life Insurance Limited.
