Alkali Metals Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee. This action follows the resignation of Independent Director Sri Murali Krishna Chevuturi, effective June 8, 2026. The reconstitution, approved via circular resolution on June 9, 2026, aims to ensure continuous compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. New chairpersons and members have been appointed to the respective committees.
