This Limited Liability Company, established on November 8, 2026, represents a strategic investment to expand Alkem's business and market reach in the region. The company will focus on the manufacture, import, marketing, and distribution of pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products. Alkem Laboratories will hold a 51% stake in the subsidiary, with a cash consideration of SAR 3,825,000.00 for the subscription of 38,250 shares.
