Allied Blenders & Distillers Commissions Moradabad Bottling Facility

Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited (ABD) has commenced commercial operations at its new bottling facility in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh. The facility has an initial capacity of 6 million cases per annum, significantly enhancing ABD's manufacturing footprint and supporting its backward integration strategy. This unit, acquired in January 2026 for ~₹70 crore and upgraded with an additional ~₹40 crore investment, is expected to improve service efficiency and reduce costs in Uttar Pradesh, a key growth market for ABD. The company plans to invest over ₹600 crore in the state, including further development of an integrated facility with a distillery and additional bottling capacity. This expansion aligns with ABD's strategy for greater value chain control, supply chain agility, and cost efficiencies.
