Sashank Alla, a Whole-time Director and part of the Promoter group of Alphageo (India) Ltd, has sold 1,500 equity shares of the company on the open market. The transaction, which occurred on August 17, 2026, represents a minor change in his shareholding. Prior to the sale, Mr. Alla held 2,24,000 shares, constituting 3.52% of the total equity. After the sale, his holding reduced to 2,22,500 shares, representing 3.50% of the total equity. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at 63,64,767 equity shares.
