Amber Enterprises Subsidiary Acquires Remaining 40% in Power-One

Amber Enterprises India Ltd's material subsidiary, IL JIN Electronics (India) Limited, has acquired the remaining 40% equity stake in Power-One Micro Systems Private Limited through a share swap agreement. IL JIN will issue 1,76,000 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS A3) to the sellers in exchange for the shares. Upon completion, Power-One will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of IL JIN and consequently, Amber Enterprises. This transaction consolidates full ownership of Power-One under the Amber Enterprises group.
